Infrastructure Manager

Berlin, München
Full-time
Permanent employee

Your mission

You'll sit at the intersection of GPU supply and customer demand, the commercial engine of Lyceum's infrastructure. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you source, negotiate, and manage compute capacity across our provider network, while working closely with sales and product to match the right resources to the right customers. Rather than managing a single stack, you'll build and scale the systems and relationships that make Lyceum's GPU cloud reliable, cost-efficient, and ready to grow. You'll own the full capacity lifecycle. From sourcing and onboarding new suppliers to optimizing utilization across our fleet. If you thrive in fast-moving markets, enjoy commercial negotiations, and want to shape how European AI companies access compute, this role is for you.

Your Focus

Supply Sourcing & Management

  • Source and onboard new GPU compute suppliers across Europe and beyond
  • Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms with data center and cloud partners
  • Build a diversified supplier network across GPU types

Demand Matching & Capacity Planning

  • Match customer requirements with available internal and external capacity
  • Maximize utilization across serverless, dedicated, and VM products
  • Build and implement capacity planning and forecasting processes

Commercial & Market Intelligence

  • Develop a proactive compute strategy informed by European market dynamics
  • Track supply-demand shifts. Pricing trends, availability, new entrants
  • Support deal structuring for larger customer engagements

Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Solve customer and supplier problems in a fast-moving market
  • Work across product, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless delivery
  • Own reporting on utilization, supplier economics, and capacity pipeline
