As Chief of Staff, your priorities mirror the CEO’s. Your objective is to improve the CEO’s operating leverage so Lyceum moves faster. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution: running cross-functional initiatives, preparing board and investor materials, managing internal cadences, and stepping into whatever gap the business needs filled next. At our stage, that means plugging gaps that don’t have a natural owner, spearheading strategic projects, and acting as a connective layer across the leadership team. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy crash course in company building for someone who thrives on ambiguity and wants to learn how a venture-backed infrastructure business operates from the inside.Fair warning: This isn't a 9-to-5. You'll move fast, juggle a lot, and regularly surprise yourself with how much you can get done in a week.
What You’ll Do
Own the CEO’s operating rhythm: weekly leadership syncs, board prep, investor updates, OKR tracking, and internal communications
Drive cross-functional projects end-to-end. From scoping to delivery across GTM, People, Sales, Strategy, Infrastructure and many more
Identify operational bottlenecks, build lightweight processes, and hold the org accountable to execution
Serve as a trusted sounding board and thought partner to the CEO helping with strategic decisions, hiring priorities, and org design
Act as a liaison across teams, ensuring alignment and information flow as the company scales from 20 to 250+ people
