What You'll Do
- Build and manage candidate pipelines across active roles - LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and outbound sourcing
- Own candidate communication end-to-end: outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and keeping things moving
- Support interview coordination across the team and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Help maintain and improve our ATS and recruiting workflows
- Conduct initial screening calls and summarise candidate profiles for the hiring team
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help Lyceum show up well to top talent
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires as the team scales
